One Week in and Going Strong!

My subject and grade level partner just discovered yesterday that he won a $15,000 EMINTS grant and will have laptops AND a Smartboard in his classroom by the end of this semester! How exciting! I would write a grant, if I weren't barely keeping my own head above the proverbial sea of student work to grade! My TV still has no audio cable, but this is okay, because our new building principal announced he does not want us showing the students movies anyway this year. So it's going to get parked in the moldy supply closet. One technology - savvy update for me! I have learned how to run the online gradebook system, called Powergrade!
